Q: Do I pick up the furniture or do you provide delivery services?
A: North Carolina Furniture Mart offers MAE's Delivery for a flat fee which includes delivery and set-up. Pick up is also available at our store.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: North Carolina Furniture Mart has many items in stock for immediate delivery. However, special orders depend a great deal upon the manufacturer. If the items are in stock at the manufacturer, our average is 4 to 6 weeks. Special ordered upholstered items like sofas, sectionals and recliners are yet to be crafted and usually ship in 6 to 12 weeks from the day the order is placed. We will always do everything we can to insure a timely delivery; however we can only estimate and not guarantee delivery times. When it comes to delivery times, every dealer in the nation is at the mercy of the manufacturer. We do advise you to check status with us after 4 weeks of placing your order so we can keep you informed on your order.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes, we offer 90 days same as cash with a 20% down deposit. The 90 days do not start until the items are in your home.
Q: Do you offer layaway?
A: Yes, anything that is in stock you can put in layaway. We require 20% down and a monthly payment. It needs to be paid off after 90 days, however we will store until you need it delivered.
